At Ross bridge Pediatrics we believe that breastfeeding benefits the baby, mother, and family. We are committed to doing everything we can to support mom and baby and to help meet mom’s individualized breastfeeding goals while ensuring that baby is growing and developing well.

Your visits may be covered by your insurance provider. Call your provider to see what lactation services are included in your policy. Cash pay for lactation visits is also offered should your policy not cover lactation care.

Meet Marjorie Eiland, CRNP, CLC!
Marjorie Eiland, CRNP, CLC, originally from Tuscaloosa, graduated from Vanderbilt University with her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2014. She is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Primary Care. She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor and enjoys helping mom and baby establish breastfeeding. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked at Children’s of Alabama in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Marjorie loves watching patients grow up and encouraging parents along the way.
She and her husband, Jon, reside in Hoover, AL with their two children, Graham and Charlotte. They enjoy being outside, watching college football, and Braves Baseball.
Lactation Service Hours:
Consults are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays 8 am to 4 pm. Follow-up visits are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
